1. Product Access and License

Upon successful purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Products for your personal, non-commercial trading activities. Access is provided by granting your specified TradingView username permission to use our invite-only scripts on the TradingView platform.

• You are responsible for providing a correct and valid TradingView username. We are not liable for access issues resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
• You may not share, resell, distribute, or otherwise permit any third party to use your access to the Products.
• Your license is for the lifetime of the Product. Updates to the purchased Products are included.

2. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service. Our refund policy is detailed on our Refund Policy page. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you waive the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content once access has been delivered.

3. Prohibited Activities & Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Products and Site without a refund if you engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise access the source code of our Products.
• Sharing your access or account credentials with others.
• Filing a fraudulent chargeback or dispute.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or disrespectful behavior towards our staff or other community members.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our Products are decision-support tools and are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice. Trading involves substantial risk, and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and results. We make no guarantees of profitability or performance.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORIGINAL INDICATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PRODUCTS.
