Refund Policy

Our policy for digital access products.

Core Principles

Our indicators are digital products with invite-only access granted to your TradingView username. Due to the nature of digital delivery and intellectual property, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting against misuse.

When Refunds Are Not Offered

Once access to the invite-only scripts has been granted to your TradingView username, we generally cannot offer a refund. This is because the digital product has been delivered.

  • Incorrect Username: Refunds will not be issued if you provide an incorrect or misspelled TradingView username. It is your responsibility to ensure its accuracy at checkout.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after access has been granted.
  • Trading Performance: The indicators are decision-support tools and do not guarantee profits. Your trading results are not grounds for a refund.

When Refunds Are Considered

We stand by our product and will always work to resolve issues. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • Access Not Granted: If you request a refund before your access has been granted, we will process a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Non-Delivery: If we fail to grant you access within the stated delivery timeframe (typically 24 hours) and you have not been contacted, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Major Technical Fault: If the indicator has a verifiable, critical technical fault that prevents it from functioning as described and we cannot resolve it in a timely manner.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Initiating a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of your access to all indicators. We maintain thorough records of access grants to contest disputes.
